Before you pay, one quick check. The routine is general skincare guidance, so there are a few situations it can’t safely cover. Tick anything that applies to you.

I use prescription skincare or prescription acne/pigmentation treatment (e.g. tretinoin, adapalene, hydroquinone, oral isotretinoin). I have severe, inflammatory or cystic acne, or I’m currently under a doctor’s care for acne. I’ve been diagnosed with eczema, psoriasis, rosacea or another ongoing skin condition. I’m pregnant or breastfeeding. None of these apply to me.
